This policy explains what personal data VyapaarSetu ([Legal business name]) collects, why, and the choices you have. We follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

- To understand your requirement, call or WhatsApp you, and send quotations.
- To deliver the services you ask for and keep you updated on your tracking page.
- To issue invoices and meet our tax and legal duties.
- To keep the website safe and free of spam.
We use your data only for these purposes. We do not sell your data, and we do not send you marketing messages unless you agree.
Voice notes, files and your tracking link
Voice notes and files are stored privately. Only our team and anyone who has your private tracking link can see them, so please do not share that link publicly. If you think your link has been shared by mistake, tell us and we will give you a new one.
Who we share it with
- Team members and trusted freelancers working on your project, only as much as they need.
- Service providers that run our business, such as our website host and email provider.
- Platforms you ask us to set up for you (for example Google, WhatsApp or a marketplace), only the details needed for that work.

How long we keep it
We keep your request history while your project is active and afterwards for as long as needed for support and for tax and legal records. You can ask us to delete your voice notes, files and request history at any time, except records the law requires us to keep.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent. You can also raise a complaint. Contact our grievance officer below; we reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
The website uses HTTPS. Files are kept in private storage, and only our team can access the request system with their own logins.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
