These terms apply when you use VyapaarSetu (vyapaarsetu.biz) or ask us for any service. VyapaarSetu is run by [Legal business name], Kormangala, Bangalore. By sending a requirement or approving a quotation, you agree to these terms.
1. Asking is free
Sending a requirement, a voice note or a call-back request is free and does not commit you to anything. You do not need an account to ask.
2. Prices and quotations
- Prices on the website are starting prices for the simplest version of each service and do not include GST.
- Before any work starts, we send you a quotation with the exact scope, price, GST, delivery time and payment terms. A quotation is valid for 7 days unless it says otherwise.
- Work starts only after you approve the quotation and we receive the advance.
3. Low-price offers
Offers from ₹99 to ₹499 cover exactly the scope written for that option on the website (for example, “One-time fix: one fix, up to 30 minutes of work”). Anything beyond that scope is quoted first, and you decide whether to go ahead.
4. Payments
- We do not take payments on this website. After you approve a quotation, we share our UPI or bank details on WhatsApp or email.
- Unless your quotation says otherwise, you pay 50% to start and 50% on delivery, before handover.
- Monthly plans are paid in advance at the start of each month.
- We issue a GST invoice for every payment where GST applies, and note each payment on your request so you can see it on your tracking page.
5. What we need from you
- Correct business details, and content, logos and photos that you have the right to use.
- Timely replies and approvals. Delivery dates move if content or approvals are delayed.
- Access through your own accounts (for example, adding us as a manager). We never need your passwords.
6. Google, WhatsApp, marketplaces and app stores
Google, WhatsApp (Meta), Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart, ONDC, quick-commerce apps, Google Play and the App Store make their own decisions about verification, approvals, rankings, policies and fees. We follow their rules and do our part carefully, but we cannot guarantee approvals, rankings, reach or sales. Their fees and charges are billed at actual cost.
7. Delivery and changes
Delivery times start when we have both your content and the advance. Each quotation includes a stated number of change rounds; further changes are quoted separately.
8. Ownership
Once you have paid in full, you own what we made for you, such as your website content, designs and, where agreed in the quotation, app source code. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
9. Monthly plans
Monthly plans renew each month. You can cancel anytime before the next month starts; the current paid month is not refunded.
10. Our responsibility
We do the work with reasonable care and skill and fix issues within the agreed scope. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost sales or profits. Our total responsibility for any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
11. How we contact you
By sending a request, you agree that we may contact you by phone call, WhatsApp, SMS or email about that request.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to solve any problem by talking to you. If that does not work, the courts at Bangalore have jurisdiction.
